On June 20, 2023, an online meeting was held on the ZOOM platform with the team of the project “Creation of a rehabilitation department for persons with disabilities/injuries caused by the war on the basis of the Bobrynetsk Hospital of the Bobrynetsk City Council.”
Tetyana Kotenko, head of the project and NGO “Strategy of the Future”, psychologist Nataliya Reznichenko, PR manager Iryna Lyagul, volunteer Tetyana Dmytrenko, doctors of the Znamyansk Hospital and representatives of the Bobrynetsk City Council were present.
At the meeting, the first steps in the implementation of the project were discussed. The first issue on the agenda is the purchase of medical equipment and technical means for the work of the rehabilitation department.
Psychologists have drawn up a schedule for June and July for consultations on providing psychological support to IDPs, military personnel and their family members.
In project implementation, an important aspect is the consolidation of the public and authorities. After all, in the conditions of war, it is important to provide assistance to all categories of the population, including psychological support.
The project “Creation of a rehabilitation department for persons with disabilities/injuries caused by war on the basis of the Bobrynetsk Hospital” of the Bobrynetsk City Council is implemented by the NGO “Strategy of the Future” with the support of UNDP and with the financing of the governments of the Republic of Korea and Germany.
