The NGO “Strategy of the Future” begins the implementation of the project “Monitoring the quality of service provision by the Dnipro Customs Service of the State Customs Service and the State Border Service in conditions of war”. As part of which we are conducting the first survey of individuals who crossed the border to Ukraine.
The purpose of the project is to monitor satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the Dnipro Customs Service of the State Customs Service and the State Border Service (regarding the regime of moving goods across the customs border and crossing the state border by citizens of Ukraine); implementation of monitoring of changes in the customs sphere, including the work of the customs service, changes in the rules for crossing the border by goods and people.
